Sapphire Recruitment is a full and active corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the governing body of the recruitment industry.
We adhere to the REC Code of Good Practice that was created to ensure that members conduct their business ethically and to the highest standards.
We also provide all our staff the opportunity to work towards qualifications with the REC, such as the Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice.
