A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for an Audio Typing Secretary
The role will include diary management and planning, opening files/maintaining client database, audio typing via digital dictation, knowledge of online resources, dealing with emails, acting as first point of contact for clients (taking messages and calls etc.), organising meetings, dealing with post, making sure compliance procedures are dealt with.
**You MUST have a minimum 1 years experience**
