Setting the Standard

Overall Job Purpose: To work along side the Design and Installations department manging customer projects from design to final installation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing a professional and reliable experience for the customers throughout the whole project
  • Answering calls and enquiries promptly
  • Updating customers throughout the project to ensure they are fully informed
  • Responding to customers via email and telephone.
  • Resolving any issues that should arise promptly
  • Supervising all aspects of the project through to completion, ensuring that it fits customer specifications exactly
  • Liaising with the Sales, Design and Installations team
  • Completing various administrative tasks required to ensure project completion
Personal Specifications:
  • Previous experience working in Project Management
  • Be highly organised and able to delegate tasks wherever necessary
  • Be able to handle multiple projects
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Computer skills with the ability to use office software such as Word, Outlook and Excel
Qualifications and Certification:
  • Secondary School level, Grades A-C (Including Maths and English)
Additional Information:
Working Hours:Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm
Some Saturday work in busy periods
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 Dependent on experience
